Kelly was raised on real estate conversations around the family dinner table, Kelly followed her fathers footsteps by pursuing a career in the commercial leasing sector. Kelly relishes the challenge of providing a tenant with the information to understand if a site is right for them and the confidence to sign a lease. A practised ability to balance the needs and expectations of both tenants and Landlords ensures assets are leased in a timely manner. Kelly has extensive experience in retail, office and industrial leasing, including project leasing across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern New South Wales.
After successfully shaping a Commercial Property Management business around the needs of clients and best practice, Michelle has moved on to do it again. Joining forces with Elke Rosen and Kelly Buxton, and trading under Roskel Commercial sees a partnership alignment that is knowledge driven and hands on. Michelle’s exceptional understanding of the commercial property market stems from 35 years working across agencies, construction and in house for private investors primarily on the Gold Coast. Her connection as an REIQ Commercial Property trainer for over 20 years keeps her constantly learning, evaluating, and implementing problem solving strategies that benefit the stakeholders that she works with. In addition to her commercial property qualifications, Michelle is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, a licenced Site Supervisor with the Queensland Building Services Authority, and a JP.
